AG1 (Athletic Greens) vs ESN Ultrapure Creatine Monohydrate
Sqwod verdict
Our pick: ESN Ultrapure Creatine Monohydrate takes it — 87 vs 61.
Both are strong — the call comes down to what you prioritise:
- AG1 (Athletic Greens) — You are busy, won’t reliably eat varied produce, want a banned-substance-tested all-in-one, and the price is not a barrier.
- ESN Ultrapure Creatine Monohydrate — You (or your clients) want a clean, doping-safe, well-priced creatine — the one foundational supplement worth recommending to almost everyone.
AG1 (Athletic Greens)

from €87/mo
A well-made, exhaustively tested convenience greens — but a premium price, undisclosed blend doses and thin independent evidence make it hard to justify over a solid diet.
