The founder

Tee Major — 24+ years in the fitness industry, military fitness trainer (USMC, Army, Navy, Air Force), TRX / ACE / sports-nutrition certified, and a creator himself. Sqwod was born from a creator's need: shoot content, train clients, stay in peak shape.
