We publish scored, bilingual reviews of fitness, recovery, sleep and nutrition products for the coaches, trainers and operators who recommend them for a living. This page is what we can offer a brand, and what we will not.

What Sqwod Verified is

The score is Crowd Signal 45%, Sqwod Assessment 40%, Value 15%, with every sub-score shown on the page. Scores currently run 66 to 90, median 81 — we publish the low ones.

Most of our reviews have never been touched

Every review carries a testing-status badge. The default is Desk-researched: the score is built from aggregated public data and our own scorecard, without a unit in hand. We say so on the page.

That is the whole offer. Send us the product and the badge changes to Hands-on or Pod-tested, and the verdict is built from use instead of from public signal. The number moves to accurate — which may mean down.

The Pod is a real testing environment

Sqwod Pod runs two private, fully-equipped training rooms in Berlin. Product gets used in them, on camera, over weeks rather than in an unboxing.

What we ask for

• One unit of the product, kept or returned — your call, stated up front.
• A contact who can answer specification questions.
• Long enough to actually use it. Weeks, not a weekend.

What we will not do

• Guarantee a score, a verdict, or that the number goes up.
• Guarantee a publication date.
• Give copy approval, pre-publication review, or an embargo on an unflattering result.
• Remove or soften the disclosure that a unit was supplied.

A supplied unit is always disclosed on the page. If that is a problem, we are the wrong partner — and it is better for both of us to find that out now.
