Pros

  • Standout hybrid analog design that reads as a real watch
  • Deep, clinically-oriented health suite — ECG/AFib, SpO2, temperature
  • Class-leading ~30-day battery life
  • Strong sleep tracking with an easy companion app

Cons

  • No built-in GPS (connected GPS via phone only)
  • Limited smart features — tiny OLED, no third-party apps

Who it's for

Buy it if…

You have health-focused clients who want discreet, long-battery cardiovascular and sleep monitoring in a classic-looking watch.

Skip it if…

You need on-wrist GPS, live workout metrics or full smartwatch apps — a Garmin or Apple Watch fits better.

The ScanWatch 2 is the rare health tracker that looks like a proper watch: a hybrid analog dial hiding ECG with AFib detection, SpO2, temperature and up to a month of battery. For coaches with health-first clients, that discretion plus a genuinely deep medical suite is the whole appeal.

What it is not is a sports watch. There is no onboard GPS, the tiny OLED does little, and daytime heart-rate can wobble during hard efforts. Buy it for long-battery cardiovascular and sleep insight, not for running metrics.
