RingConn Gen 3
Wearables & trackers
RingConn's subscription-free formula, refined: up to 14 days per charge, a universal charging case, new haptic alerts and vascular trend insights. It is slightly thicker than the Gen 2, exercise heart rate still lags and the price climbs to 369 EUR, but it remains the strongest no-subscription alternative to Oura.

Pros
- Up to 14 days per charge plus a universal wireless charging case
- No subscription: every metric included
- New vibration alerts and vascular trend insights; sleep apnea monitoring kept
Cons
- Exercise heart rate still misses peaks; blood pressure is an estimate, not a measurement
- Thicker (2.3 mm) and dearer than the Gen 2; app less polished than Oura's
Who it's for
Buy it if…
You want Oura-level sleep and recovery data for yourself or clients without a monthly fee, and battery life matters more to you than workout tracking.
Skip it if…
You already own a Gen 2 (the upgrade is modest) or need accurate exercise heart rate: use a chest strap or a watch for training.
The RingConn Gen 3 opened for pre-order on 5 May 2026 and launched on 29 May. It keeps the Gen 2’s no-subscription model and adds a vibration motor for health, inactivity and low-battery alerts, a vascular trend feature that combines cuff calibrations with ring data, upgraded heart-rate and temperature sensors and a universal wireless charging case. RingConn rates the battery at 11-14 days; netzwelt.de got close to 13 days and rated it 1,8 (gut), and Gadgets & Wearables scored it 8.6/10.
The limits haven’t moved much. Exercise heart rate still lags, Notebookcheck measured cuff-calibrated blood pressure readings 4-6 mmHg lower than a cuff (treat them as trends), and the app is still less polished than Oura’s. The motor makes the ring 2.3 mm thick (Gen 2: 2.0 mm), and the price rises to 369 EUR in Germany. TechRadar called it a refinement rather than a big upgrade.
Compared with our RingConn Gen 2 review, the app score inches up, while comfort and value come down a little.
