Peloton Cross Training Bike

Connected fitness

Desk-researchedScored from aggregated public data and our own scorecard. We have not handled this unit.

Peloton's class library on a bike whose 21.5-inch screen now swivels 360° for floor workouts. It costs more than the bike it replaces (€1,899 plus a required €45/month membership), so it only makes sense if you will use the classes every week.

Who it's for

Buy it if…

You want instructor-led cycling plus off-bike strength and mobility classes at home, and you will use the monthly membership regularly.

Skip it if…

You ride self-guided, resent a recurring fee, or want the Bike+ features (bigger screen, auto-resistance) that the T3 review covers.

Peloton launched its Cross Training series in October 2025, and the Cross Training Bike replaces the original Bike as the entry model: Peloton’s US store now sells the original Bike only refurbished. The main hardware change at this tier is a 21.5-inch Full HD touchscreen that rotates 360°, so one machine covers rides and floor sessions. It keeps manual magnetic resistance and a 17 kg flywheel, takes riders up to 135 kg and needs about 137 x 58 cm of floor.

The cost model is unchanged, and it got pricier. Fitshop sells the bike in Germany for €1,899, and the All-Access Membership you need for classes is now €45 a month (it was €39), covering the whole household. Over three years that is about €3,519, against roughly €2,604 for the original Bike. Crowd signal is mostly platform-wide: the Peloton app holds 4.9 on the App Store (818k ratings) and 4.0 on Google Play, while Peloton’s Trustpilot score sits at 2.8 across 6,761 reviews. T3 gave the Cross Training Bike+ its Platinum award, but we found no independent review of the base model.

Compared with the original Peloton Bike, you get the swivel screen for about €700 more up front and €6 more a month.
