Oura Ring 5 vs Ultrahuman Ring AIR
Sqwod verdict
Our pick: Oura Ring 5 takes it — 86 vs 82.
Both are strong — the call comes down to what you prioritise:
- Oura Ring 5 — You program around recovery and sleep and want the most accurate, most discreet wearable there is — now so small clients won't clock it.
- Ultrahuman Ring AIR — You want continuous sleep, recovery and HRV data — with an optional metabolic angle — without locking clients into a monthly subscription.
Our pick
Oura Ring 5
86Score · High
from €393.90
The world's smallest smart ring — about 40% slimmer than before, sharper multi-wavelength sensors, and Health Radar. Best-in-class recovery and sleep data stays the pitch; the €429 price and €70/yr subscription stay the catch.
Ultrahuman Ring AIR
82Score · Medium
from €234.53
An accurate, feather-light recovery ring with a standout metabolic-health angle — and, unlike Oura, no subscription. Softer workout tracking is the trade.
