Hyperice Normatec 3 vs Theragun Prime Plus
Sqwod verdict
Our pick: Theragun Prime Plus takes it — 86 vs 81.
Both are strong — the call comes down to what you prioritise:
- Hyperice Normatec 3 — Runners, cyclists and high-frequency trainers who will use it consistently and want legs that feel fresher the next day.
- Theragun Prime Plus — You're a coach or serious trainee who wants pro-grade percussion + heat in one tool.
Hyperice Normatec 3
81Score · Medium
from €899
A premium, well-built pneumatic compression system that feels great and is loved by users, but it is expensive and the hard science on recovery gains is still mixed.
Our pick
Theragun Prime Plus
86Score · High
from €348.99
The smartest buy in Therabody's lineup — deep 16mm percussion plus fast heat, in a grip you can actually hold for a full session. The price is the catch.
