The sport you're not hosting might be doing more brand-building than every flyer you've ever printed.

The sport you host IS the marketing campaign

Rhone isn't running pickleball courts because they love a dink shot — they're running them because the sport is a room full of their exact customer, sweating together, associating good feelings with the brand. That's not a sponsorship; that's a community flywheel. The insight for operators: the activity on your schedule is already a marketing asset, it's just not dressed like one yet.

If you're a studio owner running HIIT, yoga, or spin, the question isn't 'how do I grow my Instagram?' — it's 'which sport or format draws my ideal client into a shared experience they'll talk about?' Host a pickleball social, a run club, a mobility pop-up at a local race expo. The event is the ad. Rhone figured this out in apparel; you can figure it out in 30 square metres.
